For students of the Tourism Management program, internship is not merely a graduation requirement; it is one of the most critical steps in their career journey. It provides an opportunity to put into practice the theoretical knowledge and approaches gained throughout their education within a professional work environment. During this process, our students are able to closely observe the dynamic structure of the tourism industry, gain sectoral experience, build professional networks and enhance their personal competencies.
As the Department of Tourism Management, we place great importance on establishing strong collaborations with leading companies, institutions and organizations in the tourism sector. These partnerships aim to support our students in taking confident and well informed steps toward their career goals, while also giving them the chance to gain valuable pre-graduation experience and stand out in the industry.
Within the scope of the Tourism Management undergraduate program, students are required to complete a total of 60 working days of compulsory internship during their studies. These internships are designed to help students apply their academic knowledge in real world settings and enter professional life with greater confidence and preparedness.
